Riviera Chicken

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 stick butter, divided
    1 small red onion, finely chopped
    1/8 c. flour
    14.5 oz Hunts diced tomato w/roasted garlic
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped celery OR 1/4 c. dried celery
    1 T. A1 steak sauce
    1 L. Major Peters All Natural Bloody Mary mix

    Saute chicken breasts in 2T. butter. When golden brown, remove from heat and place in crockpot. In same saute pan, add rest of butter and saute onion; cook until clear and tender. Sprinkle flour over butter/onion; mix to form a paste; stirring constantly. Add tomatoes, brown sugar, steak sauce, celery and bloody mary mix, stirring well. Cook til thick and bubbly. Cover chicken breasts in crockpot w/sauce. Cook on low 6-8 hrs.
