Ribs

    Pork side ribs enough for a family of 6
    1\2 c water
    1\2 c vinegar
    1\2 c ketchup
    1\2 c brown sugar
    1 tablespoon prepared mustard
    1 10oz of tomato soup
    dash of worchestershire sauce
    2 ribs of celery
    1 green peper choped
    1 medium onion
    salt, peper,garlic to tast (garlic is optional)
    Cut ribs into portions and rub wirh garlic, salt and pepper. Brown under broiler. Chop onion, green pepper and celery. Mix soup, water, vinegar,ketchup, brown sugar and worchestershire sauce and mustard. Put browned ribs in roasting pan and add vegies and sauce over ribs. Bake 350 to 400 degrees for 1-1 1\2 hrs. serve with rice.
