Pasta with Turkey and Artichokes

8 ounces large corkscrew pasta (rotelle) or fusilli
1-1/2 pounds cooked turkey, cut into bite-size pieces
1 6-ounce jar marinated artichokes
1-1/2 cups canned garbanzo beans, drained
1 2-ounce jar sliced pimento, drained
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
In a large saucepan cook pasta according to pasta directions; drain. Return pasta to saucepan. Drain artichokes, reserving liquid.Cut large artichokes
in half. To pasta, add artichokes and the reserved liquid, the turkey, garbanzo beans and sliced pimento. Cook, stirring gently, over medium heat
for 5 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. To serve, sprinkle the pasta and chicken mixture with the Parmesan cheese and parsley.
