Pasta with Scallops

(cook pasta while sauce is cooking)
12 oz Pasta, cooked al Dente, drained
In large sauce pan, sauté for one minute
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Garlic, minced
1 Onion, Medium, chopped
Add the following to the sauce pan, cook until scallops are slightly opaque (about
2 cups Dry White Wine
1 1/2 lb. Sea Scallops, large
1/2 pint Heavy Cream
Add the following to the sauce pan, cook until hot
28 oz can Plum Tomatoes w/ juice, diced
1 1/2 tsp. crushed Hot Pepper
2 Tbsp. Basil, dried or fresh
2 Tsbp. Parsley, dried
Salt and Pepper
Place pasta in serving dishes. Cover with Sauce.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve Hot.
