Parmesan Chicken Fingers

1/3 cup of milk (w/2 tsp. of vinegar added)
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
3/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
4 boneless chicken breast (cut in strips)
20 nonfat saltines (crushed into crumbs..3/4 cup)
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
In a large bowl, stir together milk mixture, garlic, and hot pepper sauce. Add chicken and toss to coat, refrigerate 30 minutes. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine cracker crumbs, paprika, salt and one tbsp. of the cheese in a pie plate. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and coat with pam spray. Drain chicken, dip in crumbs, and arrange on cookie sheet. Spiinkle with remaining cheese and bake ten minutes.
