Orange Rolls

    4 oranges
    2 c. flour
    4 t. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c sugar

    Grate 2 orange peel. Mix with the sugar. Set aside.
    Peel oranges and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
    Mix flour, BP, and 2 T of the butter. Add only enough milk to moisten evenly. Gather into a ball and knead 10 times on a lightly floured board. Roll out to an 8X12 rectangle. Brush with 1 T of the butter. Sprinkle 1/2 of the sugar peel over the dough.
    Press the orange pieces so most of the juice is in the bowl. Scatter 1/3 of the orange pieces over the dough. Start at the short end and roll the dough like a jelly roll. Cut into 1 inch slices. Arrange in a 9X13 greased pan. Brush the rest of the butter over the rolls. Sprinkle the tops with the 1 T of the sugar-peel mixture.
    Spread the rest of the orage pieces around and between the rolls.
    Add the rest of the sugar mixture to the juice. Measure the juice. If needed, add water to make 1 cup of liquid. Pour around the rolls.
    Bake 25-30 minutes in a 450 degree oven or until tops are light brown.
