Mexicali Chicken Stew

    1 Pkg. taco seasoning, divided
    12 oz. boneless, skinless chicken
    2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) stewed tomatoes with onions, celery and green peppers.
    1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen green beans
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn
    4 cups tortilla chips

    Place half of taco seasoning in small bowl. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces; coat with taco seasoning.

    Coat large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook and stir chicken 5 minutes over medium heat. Add tomatoes, beans, corn and remaining taco seasoning; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to mediujm-low; simmer 10 minutes. Top with tortilla chips before serving.
