Linda's Banada Bread

    1 cup mashed banana (about 2 medium)
    1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 cup oil
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 egg
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    pinch salt

    Combine mashed banana, sour cream and baking soda. Set aside.
    Combine oil, sugar, vanilla and egg.
    Combine dry ingredients. Combine banada mixture with the oil mixture.
    Pour into dry ingredients. Mix until moistened.
    Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 60 minutes.
