Light Crab Dip

    Crab and Cream Cheese Dip

    8 oz (225g) ultra light cream cheese
    1 Tablespoon skim milk
    2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    4 oz (113g) canned crabmeat
    2 Tablespoons chopped green onions

    Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C)

    In a small bowl, cream together cream cheese, milk and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put into a small ovenproof serving dish. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until it bubbles. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
    Serve with sesame crackers, pita crisps or sliced baguette.

    Makes 1 cups. 28 calories per 2 Tablespoon serving
