3 to 4 quarts of water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup long grain rice
2 Tbsp. melted butter
salt and fresh ground pepper
Boil water in large pot. Add lemon juice and stir in rice.
Cook rice uncovered for about 15 to 18 minutes or untiltender.
Drain rice and place in covered serving dish.
Toss hot rice with butter and salt and pepper and leave covered for 10 minutes before serving.
