Leeza's Spinach Appetizer

    350 degrees
    13" x 9" x 2" pan
    Baking Time 30 - 35 mins.

    4 Tbsp. of butter melted in the pan (I used only 2 Tbls, or use buttered flavored Pam)
    3 eggs
    1 cup of flour
    1 cup of milk
    1 Tlbs. of baking powder
    1 lb. cheddar Cheese - grated
    1 10 ozs. chopped frozen spinach defrosted and drained
    1 small finely chopped onion
    a couple of cloves of garlic chopped

    Onions, garlic and spinach is uncooked with adding to the recipe. Mix all ingredients . Bake, cool and cut into small serving pieces
