Layered Taco Dip

    Use a glass trifle bowl to show the layers.

    Layer in order:

    1-2 cans Frito Bean Dip
    2 packages frozen guacamole or 3 avocados
    Taco mix w. 6 Tbs mayonnaise & 4 Tbs sour cream
    1-2 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1-2 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 bunch choped green onions
    2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped (or use well drained canned tomatoes.
    1-2 C black olives chopped.

    Clean sides of bowl after each layer so they are clearly defined. Use more or less depending on the size of the bowl.
    Serve with large tacos broken in half. I find a large long handled serving spoon works best because the tacos break if you try to use them on the dip. You have to dig deep with the spoon to get all the good stuff.
