Layered Bean Dip

    1 31oz. Can Refried Beans
    1 4 oz. Can Chopped Green Chiles (drained)
    1 envelope Taco Seasoning Mix
    2 Ripe Avacadoes peeled and pitted
    1 T lemon juice
    1 16 oz. jar Taco Sauce
    1 1/2 Cups Sour Cream
    3 Cups Shredded Lettuce
    Shredded Cheese
    Black Olives, sliced
    Tortilla Chips

    Mix together refried beans, green ciles, and taco seasoning mix. Spread on 12 inch round serving platter.

    Blend Avacadoes, lemon juice and 1/2 Cup taco sauce until smooth. Spread on top of bean mixture.

    Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, remaining taco sauce, olive slices.

    Serve with tortilla chips.

    Serves 10-12
