Lasagna

    Ingredients:
    1lb Hamburger
    1 Can Italian Tomato Soup
    Soup can water
    1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    Cup Milk
    2 Cups Mozzarella, Shredded, Divided
    6 Lasagna Noodles, Uncooked

    Directions:
    Brown and drain Hamburger, return to skillet. Add Italian Tomato Soup and soup can of water to meat. Heat thoroughly.
    In medium bowl, mix together Mushroom Soup, Milk, and Cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
    Spray an 8 x 8 or similar baking dish with nonstick spray.

    Layer ingredients in dish as follows:
    of meat mixture
    3 uncooked lasagna noodles
    all of cheese/milk/mushroom soup mixture
    remaining uncooked lasagna noodles
    remaining meat mixture

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake @ 400% for 45 minutes. Uncover, top with remaining mozzarella cheese, (1 cups). Bake until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes before cutting/serving.

    Servings:
    Serves 6-8

    Notes:
    I got this recipe from a Campbell's Soup Recipe booklet and it is great.

    To make this lower fat, use 90-10 hamburger, reduced fat mozzarella cheese, and skim or 2% milk. I don't recomment using Fat free cheese. It does not melt well. A 350% oven, lower temps, melt reduced fat cheeses better.
