Killer Chocolate Cake

    Killer Chocolate Cake

    Preheat oven to 425° F.
    In a double boiler (or microwave oven) melt:
    1 lb semi-sweet (dark) chocolate
    1 stick (8 Tbs) sweet butter
    add and mix in:
    1-1/2 Tbs flour
    1-1/2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp water
    4 egg yolks
    fold in:
    4 stiffly beaten egg whites
    Bake in ungreased, floured 8'' round pan for 15 minutes (do not overbake).
     Variation: make two pans worth and put raspberries between the layers.
    You can only eat very tiny slices!
