Jamaican Jerk Chicken

MyCookbook Recipe Database
MyCookbook Member: Lyssi
Recipe Category: Poultry
Recipe Preparation Level: easy
    2 lbs Chicken (Skinless)
1 8 oz Bottle of Jamaican Jerk Sauce or Seasoning
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    1/2 cup Onions (chopped)
    1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
    1/4 tsp Chili Powder
    1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 cup Green Bell Pepper (chopped)

Wash and remove skin from chicken breasts. Put in a bowl and rub mixture onto chicken. Marinate for a minimum of 1 hour (longer the better). It is best if bbq'd, but can bake for approx 1 hour.

Note: We like to put the onion and bell pepper in the food processor and get it real fine. This is a favorite for large crowds, they love it!
