MyCookbook Recipe Database
MyCookbook Member: dj
Recipe Category: Dessert
Recipe Preparation Level: easy
1 Carton dessert topping (Cool Whip ect.)
    1 Quart vanilla ice cream
    1 Pint lime sherbet
1/4 C. green creme de menthe (I like to use half white creme de coca.)
    Chocolate curls
Stir together ice cream, sherbet, creme de menthe and the whipped topping till blended. Turn ice cream mixture into 6-cup mold or two 3-cup molds or a 6-cup container to scoop from to serve. Garnish ice cream mold or individual servings with chocolate curls or a chocolate wafer cookie. For individual servings, place scoops in to a glass dessert dish or stemware.
