Homestyle Tuna Casserole

1 1/2 c bow-tie,macaroni or other desired pasta
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onions
1 (10 1/4 oz) can 99% fat-free cream of mushroom
soup with 1/3 less salt
3/4 c evaporated skim milk
1 (9 1/4 oz) can water packed tuna,drained
1/4 c drained and chopped pimentos
2 Tbsp grated low-fat parmesan cheese
Cook pasta. Drain and set aside. Preheat oven to 375. Lightly spray unheated medium sauce pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add celery and onions and cook over medium heat until tender. Stir in soup and milk. Then gently stir in pasta,tuna and pimentos. Trasfer mixture to 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley to garnish.
