Hoisin Sauce with Dried Cranberries

1 cup Port
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
2 TBSP> Hoisin Sauce
1 TBSP unsalted Butter
1 tsp. chopped chives
Bring Port to a simmer and add cranberries. Continue simmering until the volume is reduced by half. Stir in Hoisin Sauce, simmer, stirring frequently, until the mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Whisk in butter until sauce looks creamy and glossy. Taste sauce and if necessary, add a little salt and pepper.
