1/2 Cup chopped green onions
3 Tbles. butter
1 Pkg. (9 oz.) frozen cut green beans
1 Can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 tesp. lemon-pepper seasoning
salt to taste
1/2 Cup shredded Jack cheese.
In a saucepan saute onions in butter until tender. Add beans, mushrooms, lemon-pepper and salt. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until beans are tender. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand for one minute or until cheese is melted.
