Grandma's Broccoli Casserole

    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    1 cup mayonaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (cam substitute celery soup)
    2 tablespoons chopped onion
    1 cup grated sharp cheese
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 1/2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs (1 cup in recipe, 1/2 on top)
    Butter

    * Cook broccoli according to instructions on package, drain well.
    * Mix together next five ingredients, fold in broccoli and cracker crumbs
    and put in greased casserole. Top generously with Ritz cracker crumbs
    and dot with butter.
    * Bake at 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 12.
