Golfers Chicken

    4 chicken quarters
    1 envelope Lipton onion Soup
    1 8oz. bottle of Russian Dressing
    8 oz. bottle of Apricot Jam

    Combine drysoup, dressing and jam. Mix well unttil no lumps. Wash chicken and pat dry. Slightly overlap in pyrex dish. Spoon and spread 1 tablesppon sauce on each piece.
    Bake at 225 degrees for 4 to 5 hours or however long your golf game takes. Be sure to place below heating element.
    This can be done in hour at 375 degrees if your not playing golf. Sauce keeps in reffrigerator for months.
