Gnocchi ai Quattro Formaggi

Gnocchi for 4
Quarter cup each of Ricotta (in small pieces), Gorgonzola (in small pieces), Parmesan (grated), and Cheddar (grated) Cheese.
Quarter cup thickened cream
Tablespoon of Butter or margarine.
Prepare the Gnocchi as directed. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the cream and the 4 cheeses. Stir until combined. Pour over hot pasta. Serve immediately.
Note: check the flavour before serving, as the gorgonzola and parmesan can be overpowering.
