Fresh Mushroom Sauce

2TBsp. olive oil
8 ounces baby bella mushrooms thinly sliced
1TBsp. minced shallots
1TBsp. minced garlic
1 cup beef broth
2TBsp. Hoisin Sauce
6 TBsp. unsalted butter cut into 6 pieces

Heat oil in a pan and add mushrooms, shallots and garlic. Saute, stirring until mushrooms brown slightly about 5 minutes.
Add port and boil until it is reduced by half. Add broth boil until it is reduced by about 1/3 and the sauce has thickened slightly about 5 - 7
Reduce heat to low. Whisk in Hoisin Sauce. Add butter one piece at a time until melted. Season to taste.
