Makes two hamburgers
250g lean beef mince
lettuce, tomato, beetroot and cheese for a burger
2 hamburger buns.
Peel the potato. On a chopping board, grate about half a cup of potato shavings. Add the mince to the shavings and juice from the potato. Add a sprinkle of Italian herbs. Knead together with hands. Separate mixture into 2 even balls. Heat up a frypan and place each ball into the pan, pushing it flat with a spatula. Turn frequently until brown. Place on toasted hamburger buns, with lettuce, tomato, beetroot...whatever takes your fancy!
