Fillet of Sole with Mushroom Sauce

1 15oz pkg.frozen chopped spinach,thawed
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
2 pounds fillet of sole..or flounder
1 8oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sherry
Spread a large Tbsp. of spinach,a few slices of mushrooms and cheese over each fillet. Roll fillet up. Place fish rolls into a baking dish, seam side down. Mix cream of mushroom soup,pepper,sherry and nutmeg and pour over fish rolls.Bake at 350 for 40 minutes uncovered.
