Recipe Preparation Level: easy
8 oz. 'dark red' French dressing
    1/3 c. apricot preserves
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Place chicken in 9x13" lightly greased pan. Mix dressing, preserves and soup mix; pour evenly over chicken. Cover tightly and bake at 350* for 25 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking 20 more minutes or till chicken juices run clear. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
