Everlasting Cheese

    So called because you keep adding leftover bits of cheeses and you never reach the bottom of the bowl. From "Nanoo's Kitchen"....2 cups grated cheeses (or leftover bits); 2 T. Olove Oil; 2 T. Bourbon; 2-4 T. Cream cheese/butter(Your choice). Combine and beat until smooth. Age 2 days. Add leftover cheese as needed. Add Bourbon if it stiffens. Add 1T. mustard, 1T worchestershire or 1/2 cup pecans if desired
