Egg roll or Won Ton wrappers

    1 egg
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 cup flour
    1 Tbl sugar
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp msg

    Add enough water to make a thin batter. Heat non-stick pan over low heat. Using a pastry brush, brush on thin amount of batter. Flip when edges are dry (20 seconds) then cook for 10 more seconds.

    3/4 lb pork
    8 water chestnuts, chopped
    1/4 cup green onion, chopped
    3 Tbl soy sauce

    Use 1 tsp of filling to a won-ton wrapper. Brush edges with egg white and press together. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes until golden.
