Easy Pork Chop Casserole
Ingredients:
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 soup can water
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
4 pork chops
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2 In a medium bowl, combine the mushroom soup, onion soup mix, water and mushrooms. In a large skillet over medium high heat, sear the pork for 5 minutes per side, or until well browned. Then place them in a 9x9 baking dish and pour the mushroom soup mixture over them.
3 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 1/2 hours, or until internal pork temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
