Creamy Turkey Fajitas

    2 cups (12 ounces) turkey cut in to thin strips
    6 flour tortillas
    1/2 cup sliced red onion
    2 cups sliced red or yellow bell peppers
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/3 cup mustard
    1/3 cup sour cream

    In large skillet heat oil. Add turkey strips and fry until no longer pink. Add peppers and onion and cook until tender. In small bowl, combine mustard, sour cream, garlic powder, cumin, and oregano. Add mustard mixture to turkey, onions, and peppers and cook over medium-low heat, stirring, until heated through. Spoon mixture into center of each tortilla, fold sides over and serve hot.

    Makes 6 servings
