Cincinnati beer-cheese dip

• 3 6-ounce rolls
• 1 1/2 ounces
Roquefort or blue
• 2 tablespoons
• 2 medium cloves
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
• 1 cup beer, heated and slightly
• Rye bread for dipping
Mix cheeses, margarine, onion, garlic,
Worcestershire and Tabasco with
electric mixer. Gradually add beer until
good consistency for dipping. Chill.
Hollow out round of rye bread and
serve chunks for dipping.
