Recipe Category: Holiday
Recipe Preparation Level: easy
1 lb pkg powdered sugar
1/2 C margarine, softened
2 T Pet milk
4 or 5 drops of peppermint extract
Few drops of food coloring
Put everything in a large bowl. Beat on high, then knead smooth. (I wait on the food coloring til this part, divide in half and make one half with green and the other half with red)
Shape mints into small balls then flatten and put on baking sheet (or use molds, if you have them). Cover with a paper towel, and let sit overnight to harden.
