2 Pkg yeast (fleshmen yeast) 1 Tbsp. Salt
3 Tbsp.Sugar 2 ½ to 3 c. Water
3 Tbsp.Oil 5 to 6 c. Flour
Dissolve yeast in ¼ cup luke warm water. Add sugar, oil & salt. Add rest of water. Stir in some flour w/ whisk until smooth, then with a wooden spoon, add flour until dough is spongy. Knead until smooth (like an envelope or folding paper). Spray large bowl w/ pam & put dough down* roll into balls (squeeze or pinch) & place snug into a greased pan. Dip the tops into grease before setting into pan. Let rise 30 minutes or until doubled in size. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Makes 24
*Let rise for 1 hour (double in size), then push down and let rise again for an hour (double in size).
There is an art to making bread ... It takes a while to catch on ... I have not got it yet!
