1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp five spice powder
5 cups shredded Chinese Napa cabbage
1 cup daikon radish cut in fine julienne
1 small carrot, cut in fine julienne
1 green onion, cut in 1 inch slivers
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
you can also use jicama and water chestnuts in this dish
Combine dressing ingredients and whisk until evenly blended. Toss salad ingredients and pour dressing over and toss
