Chicken Lasagne Roll-ups

9 lasagna noodles - cooked
8 oz ground chicken breast (can be ground in food processor or blender)
2 c finely chopped broccoli
2c low-fat cottage cheese
1 tsp of each: nutmeg, pepper and dry mustard
1 tsp of reduced fat margarine
2 tbsp flour
1 c low-fat chicken broth
1/2 c skim milk
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
Cook chicken and add broccoli
Combine cottage cheese, egg, pepper and nutmeg and add to chicken mixture. Spread 1/3 cup to each noodle. Roll the noodle up like a pinwheel (end to end).
Melt margarine. Add flour & cook 1 minute. Whisk in chicken broth, milk and mustard cooking until thickened. Pour over rolls. Sprinkle w/tomato.
Cover dish w/foil and bake for 30 minutes.
