Light Cherry Puff Pastry
Make 16 servings
* 19 ounces light cherry pie fillings, canned
* 30 grams light vanilla pudding, instant package
* 1-quart light whipped topping
* 270 grams soda crackers, unsalted tops
1. Layer pan with crackers
2. Layer half of whipped instant vanilla pudding
3. Layer pan with crackers again
4. Layer half of cool whip
5. Layer pan with crackers
6. Layer rest of pudding
7. Layer pan with crackers
8. Layer rest of cool whip
9. Layer of crackers
10. Cover with cherry pie filling
11. Cool in the fridge for 18 hours before serving
PER SERVING: 206.6 Calories, 11.3 g Total Fat, 6.2 g Saturated Fat, 33.3 mg Cholesterol, 169.6 mg Sodium, 24.6 g Total Carbohydrate, 0.7 g Dietary Fiber, 2.4 g Protein, 44.8 mg Calcium.
I used vanilla fat free pudding no sugar and light cherry pie filling. Use crackers with no salt. I used 2 1/2
