Cayman Island Chili

2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 bay leaf
2 Tsp. Worcestershire
2 16 oz. cans tomato puree
2 16 oz. cans kidney beans, drained
2/3 cup catsup
1 1/3 cup apple juice
1 cup chopped dried apricots
1 cup dried cranberries
Brown ground beef and drain off the liquid. In crock pot (slow cooker) combine all ingredients, and stir well. Cover. Cook on high for 3 1/2 hours.
Remove bay leaf and serve. 10 servings.
