Caramel Corn

    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup butter
    1/4 cup light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 quarts popped corn

    Combine first 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil only on the outside of pan edge. Cook 5 minutes on medium. Add soda and stir until foamy. Pour on corn, stir well. Bake at 200 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
