COUNTRY CHICKEN ON BISCUITS

2 cans (15 oz.) each, mixed vegetables, drained, water reserved
4-6 chicken bouillon cubes, depending on your taste
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. water
2 c. shredded or cubed cooked chicken
1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. celery salt
Dash of turmeric
Measure water from vegetables and add more water to make 2-1/2 cups. Pour into 3-quart saucepan; add bouillon and heat till dissolved. Add vegetables and heat through.
Mix till smooth, flour and 1/2 c. water; add to vegetables, heating and stirring constantly, till thick and smooth.
Add chicken and seasonings and heat through. Serve on hot biscuits.
