CHICKEN TARRAGON

    Oven 375*.

    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2/3 c. dry bread crumbs, seasoned-type, if desired
    1/2-3/4 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/4 tsp.salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 skinless chicken breast halves

    In a shallow dish, mix butter, mustard and garlic.

    In separate dish, mix crumbs, tarragon, salt and pepper.

    Dip chicken first in butter mixture, then in crumbs. Place in 13x9 greased pan or dish. Sprinkle and remaining crumbs on top of chicken. Bake 45-50 minutes or till tender and juices are clear.

    This is really good and easy! Bake it with seasoned potatoes, too, for a quick oven meal.
