Buffalo Style Chicken

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
seasoned flour
1 cup hot sauce (I use RedHot)
1 stick butter or margarine
oil for frying
Coat chicken in flour.
Fry in hot oil until done.
Meanwhile, melt butter and hot sauce together.
When chicken is done, soak in hot sauce mixture until well coated.
Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
