1/2 large green pepper, finely diced
1 whole pimento, finely diced
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup mayonnaise + more for topping
1 1/2 pounds crab meat
In large bowl, place green pepper, pimento, mustard, salt, pepper, beaten egg and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Mix well. Add crab and mix gently with fingers. Do not break up lumps. Divide mixture into 4 shell, heaping it in. Top with a thin coat of mayonnaise, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
