Barbara's Fruit Salad, EASY

MyCookbook Recipe Database
MyCookbook Member: powersnwyo
Recipe Category: Salad
Recipe Preparation Level: easy
1 small package vanilla instant pudding
    1 1/2 cups milk

MAKE pudding now with the milk listed

Add: One 4oz can of concentrated frozen orange juice (right from the can, frozen) Plus 3/4 cup sour cream

Now add fruit of your choice, Barbara adds:
1 20oz can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 16oz can sliced peaches, drained and cut
1 11oz can mardarin oranges, drained
    3 medium bananas
    2 medium apples
    cherries or grapes for color

Now put salad in baking dish and freeze, or I usually just put it in the serving dishes I'm going to use for the dinner. This way I just take it out of the freezer about an hour before the dinner and No fuss, No work that night. It's pretty and done!
