Bailey's Fudge

    3 cups chocolate chips
    1 cup white chocolate chips
    1/4 cup butter
    3 cups powdered sugar
    1 cup Bailey's
    1 1/2 cups chopped nuts

    1 cup chocolate chips
    1/2 cup white chocolate chips
    4 tbls Bailey's
    2 tbls butter

    Butter a 8x8 square pan.

    In the top of a double boiler melt 3 cups chocolate chips, 1 cup white chocolate chips and 1/4 cup butter until soft enough to stir. Stir in powdered sugar and Irish cream until smooth. Stir in nuts. Put in pan and lay a sheet of plastic wrap over. Press and smooth down. Cool.

    In the top half of a double boiler melt remaining chocolates until soft. Take off heat and beat in butter and Irish cream until smooth. Spread topping over cooled fudge with a knife. Chill until firm, 2 hours at least.

    Makes 24 pieces
