1/3 c chopped pecans
1 box yellow cake mix without pudding
1 3oz box blackberry jello
1/3 c blackberry wine
1/3 c oil
Grease, flour tube or bundt pan, sprinkle pecans in bottom. Mix all other ingredients together blend for 3 minutes. Pour into cake pan, bake at 350 for 45-50 min.
1 stick butter
1/2-1 c blackberry wine
1/2 box 10xxx sugar
Melt butter, add wine and sugar. Stir until hot, DO NOT boil. When cake is done, poke holes in it and pour glaze over.
Best prepared 1-2 days ahead, cover with aluminum foil.
The only Blackberry wine I ever can find is Manischewitz. The liquor stor and Walgreen's carries it.
