Artichoke Dip

    2 (7oz) cans artichoke bottoms, drained
    1 (4oz) can diced green chilies
    1 cup mayonaise
    1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
    1 can drained crabmeat (optional)

    * * * * * * *

    Mash artichokes and mix together with remaining ingredients. Bake in a small casserole at 350 degrees for 40 minutes (or heat in microwave). Serve hot or room temperature with crackers. I really like this with fretos.
