What is this Meal Planner thing all about?
Why would I use the Meal Planner?
Bone in chicken breasts and wings
Remove skin from chicken breasts.
Season both sides with salt, pepper, onion powder and plenty of paprika on both sides.
heat pan and add vegetable oil.
Brown top side of chicken breast until very brown, turn over and do the same. Once very brown, add water to cover the top of the chicken and cover.
Simmer for 1 hour and 15 or so minutes.
2 eggs beaten add 1 to 2 cups of water add salt to taste, then add flour gradually to make a thick dough. If it is semi hard to fall off the spoon that is correct. Place in boiling water by spoonfuls for 30 min covered.
